Mysterious Jewel Encrusted Cave

Here’s some rather fun renders I made of a cave covered in jewels, there is also a photo showing the scene in solid mode. The original render’s name is “Mysterious Jewel Encrusted Cave” Yeah, kind of a long title… 😛 The jewels’ were placed with a particle emitter and some of the gems were made using the ‘extra objects’ add-on that can be found under Blender’s user preferences.

So, here they are, In order:

1. “Mysterious Jewel Encrusted Cave” Un-composited version

2. “The Green Cave”, uses ‘streaks’ for the glare

3. “Tranquil” uses Depth Of Field

4. “Red Cave” probably the brightest of all 4…

5. The solid view

Feel free to click on any of the photos to see the larger size! 🙂
